HOW TO
SCHEDULE A PROGRAM:
To schedule a program at Teaching Museum South (TMS),
teachers need to access a scheduling form from the FCSS’
Public Folders area. After completing the form, teachers
should email scheduling requests to
ElmoreL@fulton.k12.ga.us. Upon receipt, Mrs. Elmore will communicate via email
and/or telephone with the booking teacher to finalize
the scheduling request.
FIELD TRIP REQUEST FORMS
(FTRF):
All field trip request forms are submitted
electronically by Teaching Museum South and your
school’s Field Trip Coordinator .
Once Teaching Museum South submits the FTRF, Mrs. Elmore
will:
E-Mail the booking teacher, as well as the Field Trip
Coordinator, at your school.
It is then your responsibility to see that the form(s)
is/are approved and released at your school and sent
